It’s March, but Where is the Warmer Weather?

I finally broke down and bought new snow boots. So, warmer weather should be arriving in 2-3 business days.

Can anyone else relate to this meme? We are suffering blizzard conditions, road closures, and high winds in my neck of the woods. Where are the warmer temperatures of March?
