Black Hills FACES Article on Meteorologist Lynnette Grant

Weather in the Midwest is crazy. There is flooding, followed by sunshine, then frost advisories, along with severe weather warnings. The time of year does not matter because the weather seems to always be erratic.

I could not imagine being a weather professional. This is why I set out to write an article about someone working in meteorology. Lynnette Grant, a meteorologist at KMEG 14, constantly monitors the temperatures and clouds. She also loves her job. Lynnette was gracious enough to sit down with me awhile back and tell me all about herself and her career in weather.

After a fantastic interview, I wrote a profile piece about Lynnette for Black Hills FACES Magazine. My article turned out great and I am so happy that my family and I have gotten to know Lynette better.

The back issue with Lynnette’s story is available on-line. Click here to read it. My story is on page 16.
