FACES Spring Issue

My most recent article for Black Hills FACES can be read in the magazine’s spring issue. It is profile piece on Perry Volden of Yankton, South Dakota.

I had never met Perry before emailing him to request an interview. It was a fun process getting to know someone who embraces life and is up for absolutely anything.

Currently he brews beer for Ben’s Brewing Company, but he also could add: fire fighter, IT expert, bell hop, bicycle repair worker, military veteran, and more to his resume.
